Public Disclosure of Clean Production Audit Information of Henan Jinpeng Chemical Co., Ltd. (2025)

In order to effectively improve the company's production and operational conditions, enhance economic benefits, and reduce pollutant emissions, while aligning with the company's development needs, we comprehensively launched the second round of clean production audit work in February 2025. As of now, this round of auditing has been largely completed. In accordance with the requirements of the "Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Measures for Cleaner Production Audit," and the "Implementation Rules for Cleaner Production Audit in Henan Province," we hereby publicly disclose the audit results and compliance status after the audit. We invite all sectors of society to supervise the implementation of the cleaner production audit in our company.

I. Audit Results
This round of cleaner production audit lasted 10 months, generating a total of 20 cleaner production proposals. After careful study, comparison, and screening, 19 feasible proposals and 1 ongoing cleaner production proposal were confirmed. Among the feasible proposals, 17 were no/low-cost options requiring little to no economic investment or minimal investment, while 2 were medium/high-cost options requiring relatively larger investments. As of the completion of this report, all proposals have been fully implemented, achieving an implementation rate of 100%. The total investment for the implemented proposals amounted to 5.3521 million yuan, resulting in annual cost savings of 1.3855 million yuan, annual electricity savings of 344,600 kWh, annual reduction of CO2 emissions by 208.77 tons, annual water savings of 1,344 tons, annual reduction of wastewater discharge by 1,119.6 tons, annual steam savings of 1,460 tons, and an annual reduction of hazardous waste salt by 66 tons, among other benefits. The benefits generated from the implementation of this round of cleaner production proposals are summarized in the table below:
